HOW TO - Updating PSP Games with LMAN's PSN PKG Decryptor & Extractor

Did you know there are actually multiple games for PSP that have an entire separate digital update?
While I do not have a list of these games, I do know of one, in particular: Elminage Original, and that is the game we'll be using for this tutorial.

First, download LMAN's PSN PKG Decryptor & Extractor, and extract it... somewhere on your PC.

Open the application and click "PSN Update"

In the dialog box that opens up, enter the titleID of the game, minus the '-', and click "Search"

Double-click on the result, and a new dialog box will open:

Click on the line starting with "Link = ", then click "Copy Selected" in the lower right corner of the window and close it and the PSN Update Checker window.

Now, open your web browser and paste the URL you copied into the address bar. Make sure to edit out the part that says "Link   =", and press return.
Save the file to a location of your choosing. I recommend the same folder that PSN PKG Decryptor & Extractor is located.

Next, in PSN PKG Extractor & Decryptor, either drag the .PKG you downloaded into (or click the "+" button next to) the field that reads "Drag'n'Drop ( URL, PKG, ISO, EBOOT.PBP, EDAT/PGD, PTF, XPD )"
Then, click the drop down menu directly below the file selection field, and select "Extract for PS3 or PSP

Click "Extract" and wait for the extraction process to be completed
A new dialog box will pop up. Click "Browse Folder"

Open the highlighted folder, double-click on the folder inside (should be named after the titleID of the game the update is for), and then open the USRDIR folder inside, and rename the CONTENT folder to the itemID (minus the '-' again, of course) of the game you're updating (NPUH10128, in our example)

Copy the resulting folder to PSP/GAME on your PSP's memory stick
Overwrite the folder, if asked

Boot up your game, and you're good to go.
