The DLC characters code should be self-explanatory. Seems the DLC is simply a license to download a bit of code to change a 00 to a 01. The code should eliminate the need for a license, according to my tests.
UPDATE 05/12/2020: added Infinite Health, Burst Gauge Always Max, and OD Never Ends codes.
Codelist now requires Vitacheat z05 or z06beta and a firmware of at least 3.65 due to the use of $B#00 codes.
